At the end of the day you have to be competent, but CHARACTER still trumps competence and the failure of it is why people derail.

I have not written in a blog format in sometime. There are moments when that bothers me because I like the outlet, an extension of what I do in my physical journal time, but there are other times when I view it as a waste. I feel as though I am throwing myself into a blank space rather than into a room full of people. But I am reminded that no war is won by one tactic alone. Preaching won’t win it alone, its simply the air war. Learning groups won’t win it alone they are small unit tactics, and at some point it is beneficial to lob a grenade. Posting here is akin to that because I am not sure who is in the room, what the casualty rate might be, and if at the end of the day it even mattered at all to the greater battle. But since 1915 after being invented by Englishman William Mills, dubbed the “Mills Bomb”, the grenade is still a viable weapon.
